This Privacy Policy explains how FINALEADS LLC (“Forgendo”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use forgendo.com and the Forgendo application (the “Service”). Contact: admin@forgendo.com.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: your email address (authentication is handled by Supabase).
  • Provider credentials: the cloud (Cloudflare, Netlify, Azure, GitHub) and AI (Hugging Face, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek) API keys you choose to connect. These are encrypted at rest and used only to publish content on your behalf.
  • Usage data: the articles, links, campaigns and settings you create.
  • Billing data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your data

To provide and operate the Service, publish content on your behalf, process payments, send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset), provide support, and prevent abuse.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

Performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (security, service improvement), your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on: Supabase (authentication), Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional email), o2switch (hosting/database), and Cloudflare (managed free publishing). When you connect your own providers, your content is sent to those services using your keys. Each processor has its own privacy policy.

5. Credential security

Connected API keys are encrypted at rest and used solely to perform the publishing actions you request. You can remove a connected provider at any time from your dashboard.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time; we will delete your personal data unless we must retain certain records to comply with law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these, email admin@forgendo.com.

8. Cookies

The application uses essential storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. The marketing site uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics if enabled.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including by the processors listed above, with appropriate safeguards.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
